what is your return/exchange policy?

Please carefully read below on what we do and do not accept as returns:

Custom Jewelry:

  • All custom jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return - this includes custom engagement, semi-custom engagement, wedding bands, and some personalized fine jewelry.
  • All center stone deposits are considered final sale.

Made-to-Order Jewelry:

Items that are made-to-order are only made and produced as an order is placed and therefore not eligible for return.

  • This includes all wedding bands, with the exception of estate wedding bands.
  • Some made-to-order fine jewelry items are eligible for return, the exception being anything that is personalized, engraved, etc.
  • If eligible for return, items must be in unworn condition.

Non-Custom Jewelry:

  • Any fine jewelry that is not considered custom is eligible for return 14 days after receipt of item.
  • After 14 days, items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
  • For those who return more than 40% of orders will be subject to a 25% restock fee.
  • Items must be in unworn condition.

Return Shipping/ Exchanges:

  • For items that qualify for a return, we will always supply a pre-paid return label.
  • Any previous shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Any items that are eligible for return have the option for exchange. Unwanted, unworn items must be returned within the allotted 14-day window to initiate exchange. Remaining balances will be refunded back to your original payment method.
